Iranian Nutrition Society (Khorasan Razavi Branch) INSPEN(KR) is one the organizations of the Iranian Nutrition Society in the states, which officially started working on July 25, 2014 under the chairmanship of Dr. Mohsen Nematy, head and faculty member of the Department of Nutrition, Mashhad University of Medical Sciences. Following the general election on World Food Day, 19 October 2017, Dr. Abdolreza Norouzy, nutritionist and faculty member of the Department of Nutrition, Mashhad University of Medical Sciences was elected as Chairman of the Board along with the participation of other faculty members of the Department of Nutrition, Mashhad University of Medical Sciences and nutrition experts from Varastegan Institute for Medical Sciences.
Journal of Nutrition, Fasting and Health
The Journal of Nutrition, Fasting and Health (JNFH) is an Open Access-Free Journal, and indexed in ISC and DOAJ.
JNFH is approved by the Iranian Ministry of Health and Medical Education, and sponsored by the Mashhad University of Medical Sciences (MUMS).
JNFH covers different areas of research in Nutrition subject such as Clinical Nutrition, Community nutrition, Nutrigenomics, Mulecular nutrition, Nutritional biochemistry, Food health and safety, ERAS (Enhanced Recovery After Surgery), Food Security and all the aspects of fasting in health and disease.
The journal editors are committed to deliver initial decision on manuscripts within 2-3 weeks of submission.
